What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
? Professionally answer calls and address caller inquiries while routing calls to the appropriate resources
? Conduct research using available resources to provide accurate information to callers
? Identify and escalate complex issues to the research team for resolution
? Complete necessary administrative work and maintain accurate call logs
? Assist with other projects as assigned by the supervisor

What Is Required (Qualifications)
? High School Diploma or equivalent
? Excellent verbal and written communication skills
? Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
? Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage high call volumes
? Proficient in using computers and familiar with Microsoft Office Suite

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
? Previous experience in a call center or customer service role
? Familiarity with call center support systems and software
? Strong telephone etiquette and interpersonal skills
? Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
? Experience with handling customer inquiries through multiple channels (phone, email, chat)
