Our call center agents work closely in a team environment to provide outstanding service by qualifying customers, answering questions, and transferring them to a licensed insurance agent!

Call Center Representative Requirements:

• 2 years of call center experience

• Exceptional customers service

• Active listening and verbal skills

• Professional phone voice

• Proficiency with computers

• Ability to diffuse tense situations

• Strong time management and decision making skills

• Adaptability and accountability

• Fluency in English

• High speed internet connection via ETHERNET (no wifi)

• A desktop PC or laptop with at least a quad core, i5 processor, and 8GB of ram

• USB headset with mic

We are currently only hiring in the following states: FL, IA, OH, SC, NC, PA, AL, KY, CA, LA, CT, TX, TN, CO, MI, MD.
