Apple Home-Based Technical Support Consultant

Apple is seeking a dedicated and passionate Technical Support Consultant to join our team. This is a work-from-home position where you will assist customers by providing expert-level support for Apple products and services. Responsibilities: ? Provide world-class technical support to Apple customers via phone, email, and chat. ? Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction. ? Familiarity with Apple hardware, software, and operating systems is a plus. ? Ability to work independently in a home office environment with minimal supervision. ? Flexibility to work in varying shifts, including weekends and evenings.
