Job Description

Amazon Logistics is seeking enthusiastic, motivated, and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Amazon Delivery Representatives in New York, NY. As a Delivery Representative, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that packages are delivered on time and in excellent condition to our customers. In this role, you will drive Amazon-branded vehicles, deliver packages, and interact with customers to ensure their satisfaction. Requirements

1. Must be at least 21 years old.

2. Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

3. Ability to lift packages up to 50 lbs.

4. Excellent communication and customer service skills.

5. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

6. High school diploma or equivalent.

7. Must pass a background check and drug test.

Responsibilities

1. Safely operate and navigate a delivery van on behalf of Amazon.

2. Use handheld devices to deliver packages to customers in a timely manner.

3. Follow all safety and delivery procedures.

4. Load and unload packages into the delivery vehicle.

5. Interact with customers and the public in a professional and positive manner.

6. Ensure the delivery vehicle is clean, fueled, and in good operating condition at all times.

7. Report any issues or incidents to the dispatch team promptly.

Educational Qualifications
