Position: Remote Customer Service Associate

Job Type: Full-TimeWorking Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM ? 6 PM (EST)

Key Responsibilities:

Handle customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone.

Efficiently resolve customer issues with effective solutions.

Provide detailed information on products and services.

Assist with order tracking, updates, and resolution of customer concerns.

Record all customer interactions in our CRM system.

Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs.

Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and engagement.

Stay informed about company policies, product updates, and new offerings.
