Airbnb Cleaning Inspector

Scrub Club Denver is seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Airbnb Cleaning Inspector to ensure our high standards of cleanliness and presentation are maintained across all short-term rental properties we service. The Cleaning Inspector will perform quality control inspections after cleaning has been completed, ensuring all properties meet our 3-point turnover checklist and staging standards.

Key Responsibilities: ? Conduct thorough inspections of Airbnb properties after cleaning teams have completed their work. ? Verify adherence to Scrub Club Denver?s 3-point general turnover checklist, including: ? Bed linens and towels replaced and neatly arranged. ? All surfaces, floors, and fixtures cleaned and disinfected. ? Kitchens and bathrooms fully stocked with essentials. ? Identify and report any missed areas, damages, or maintenance issues to management and on our property management software. ? Ensure special requests from hosts are fulfilled (e.g., deep cleaning, touch-ups, or additional services). ? Communicate with the cleaning team to address any necessary touch-ups or corrections promptly. ? Document inspection findings and maintain detailed records for each property. ? Coordinate with Scrub Club Denver's calendar to ensure properties are guest-ready on schedule. ? Provide excellent customer service when interacting with property owners and hosts.

Qualifications: ? High attention to detail and a commitment to quality. ? Experience in hospitality, housekeeping, or quality control preferred. ? Strong communication and problem-solving skills. ? Ability to work independently and efficiently manage time. ? Comfortable using technology for calendar synchronization and record-keeping. ? Valid driver?s license and reliable transportation for site visits.
