What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
? Prepare daily deposits for the bank and manage vendor billing in Sage
? Ensure timely and accurate payment of all bills and track monthly recurring expenses
? Manage company credit cards, including expense reporting and reconciliation
? Provide input on performance issues to senior management and assist with correspondence
? Organize and prioritize tasks effectively to complete responsibilities

What Is Required (Qualifications)
? High school diploma or equivalent required
? Minimum of 1 year of experience in the accounting field preferred
? Bachelor's degree in accounting, business, or a related field preferred
? Strong analytical skills to prioritize information and draw accurate conclusions
? Ability to take responsibility for organizing time and completing tasks

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
? Experience with Sage accounting software
? Knowledge of financial reporting and budgeting processes
? Strong communication skills for facilitating correspondence
? Previous experience working on ad hoc projects in a professional setting
