? *Key Responsibilities**
? Accurately enter data into the QuickClaim system using provided images
? Identify document types from received documentation
? Ensure the quality of data entered meets established standards
? Maintain confidentiality of Personal Health Information (PHI) in compliance with HIPAA regulations
? Collaborate with team members professionally
? Provide constructive feedback for process improvements
? Complete assigned office tasks efficiently and promptly
? *Compensation and Schedule**
? Hourly Pay: $12 per hour
? Full-time and part-time positions available, with a preference for full-time
? Minimum of 20 hours per week required
? Shifts available from 8:00 AM to 9:00 PM CST, Monday to Friday
? *Desired Skills and Qualifications**
? Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
? Ability to multitask effectively
? High attention to detail with speed and accuracy
? Quick learner with the ability to follow instructions proficiently
? Strict confidentiality of client data
? Proficient in English, both written and spoken
? Typing proficiency: 50 WPM @ 95% accuracy; 4,500 KPH @ 95% accuracy
