What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
• Make outbound calls to patients and payees, and manage inbound calls as needed
• Update patient data accurately and efficiently
• Perform data entry using computer skills
• Gather and review patient billing and medical information
• Collaborate with carriers to ensure medication coverage for patients

What is Required (Qualifications):
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Must be able to obtain pharmacy certification
• Ability to work from home with an active internet connection
• Strong multi-tasking skills and proficiency in using dual monitors
• Positive work attitude and willingness to assist others

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
• Experience in a medical call center setting is a plus but not required
