You’ll immediately start receiving live chat inquiries. Most conversations are brief and structured, and the system guides you through responses. You’ll work independently but with instant supervisor assistance if needed. No one will call you or ask you to be on video. You can manage one to three chats at a time, depending on your comfort level. Once your shift ends, simply log off—there are no on-call requirements or after-hours duties.
