Key Responsibilities • Talent Acquisition: Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, develop job descriptions, and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent. • Employee Relations: Foster a positive workplace culture by addressing employee concerns, resolving conflicts, and promoting open communication. Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies. • Performance Management: Oversee performance appraisal processes, provide guidance on performance improvement plans, and contribute to the development of career progression paths. • Training and Development: Coordinate training programs, workshops, and initiatives to enhance employee skills and competencies, aligning them with organizational goals. • Compensation and Benefits: Manage compensation structures, conduct salary surveys, and administer benefits programs to attract and retain a high-performing workforce. • HR Policies and Compliance: Develop, implement, and enforce HR policies and procedures, staying up-to-date with employment laws and regulations. • HR Metrics: Analyze HR data and metrics to assess the effectiveness of HR initiatives, make data-driven decisions, and provide insights for continuous improvement. Essential Qualifications • Bachelor's Degree: Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree preferred). • Experience: Proven experience as an HR Manager or in a similar HR leadership role. • Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and regulations. • Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities, and proficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and Microsoft Office Suite. • Ability: Ability to build and maintain positive employee relations, with outstanding organizational and time-management skills. Preferred Qualifications • HR Certification: SHRM-CP, PHR, or similar certification. • Industry Experience: Experience in the aviation or a related industry. • Leadership Experience: Experience in leading cross-functional teams and projects.
