Transaction Coordinator for Real Estate Team (Full-Time)

We are hiring a full-time Transaction Coordinator to support our real estate acquisitions team. This is a remote position with a U.S.-based real estate company located in Texas. In this role, you will help manage transaction files from contract to closing by coordinating with involved parties and title companies, keeping documents organized, and following up to ensure each file continues moving forward. This is not a sales role, but it does require clear communication and professionalism when speaking with parties involved in the transaction. Responsibilities • Send contracts and transaction documents to relevant parties and title companies. • Communicate by phone and email to collect required information. • Coordinate with the title company to support file progress. • Keep transaction files organized and updated in the CRM. • Track deadlines and follow up as needed to support closings. Requirements • Experience as a Real Estate Transaction Coordinator or in a real estate administrative role. • Fluency in both English and Spanish. • Comfortable communicating by phone. • Strong organization and attention to detail. • Interest in a long-term, full-time role. Schedule and Pay • Full-time, Monday through Friday. • 9:00 AM–5:00 PM CST or 10:00 AM–6:00 PM CST. • $5.50 per hour during probation, increasing to $6.00 per hour after. • Includes a 30-minute paid break. • Remote position, paid in U.S. dollars. This is not a short-term or freelance role. We are looking for someone who values stability and wants to grow with a structured real estate operations team.
