Training & Development Coordinator

Job Title: Training & Development Coordinator The Training & Development Coordinator will drive employee growth and operational excellence at our Salt Lake City facility. This role leads the full training lifecycle—from needs assessment and program design to delivery—empowering employees across all levels, including manufacturing floor teams, technical staff, and support functions. Your work will directly support performance, safety, and continuous improvement initiatives. Key Responsibilities: • Collaborate with department leaders to assess training needs and identify skill gaps • Design, develop, and deliver engaging onboarding, job-specific, and leadership development programs • Create training materials in diverse formats, including manuals, videos, simulations, and digital content • Facilitate training sessions in-person, virtually, and through blended learning approaches • Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback, performance metrics, and compliance data • Support and assess internal instructors to ensure consistency and quality of training delivery • Maintain accurate training documentation and reporting • Support onboarding and internal mobility with tailored training plans • Lead the Salt Lake City site in the Education & Training (E&T) Pillar and demonstrate Integrated Work System (IWS) leadership • Ensure all training programs comply with food safety standards and report any deviations to the QA department General Knowledge & Skills: • Understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design • Experience with Microsoft Office, including tools for creating training materials • Proficiency with Learning Management Systems (LMS) • Strong organizational and communication skills • Ability to manage the full training lifecycle • Ability to analyze data, feedback, and performance metrics to improve training programs Qualifications: Education: • Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred, or 5+ years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree • Experience designing and implementing employee training programs is preferred • Spanish fluency is a plus Work Experience: • At least 3–4+ years of experience in training and development, preferably in a manufacturing environment Work Conditions: • Location: Salt Lake City, UT (on-site) • Work schedule: Monday–Friday, 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., with occasional weeknight or weekend sessions as required Apply tot his job
