IntusCare empowers teams to take control of their operations and improve outcomes for dual-eligible seniors – some of the most socially vulnerable and clinically complex individuals in the U.S. healthcare system Role Overview We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Training Consultant to join our team at IntusCare. The Training Consultant will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering training programs to ensure our clients and internal teams are proficient in using our solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in training and development, excellent communication skills, and a passion for healthcare technology. Key Responsibilities • Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for clients and internal teams • Create training materials, including manuals, presentations, and online resources • Conduct training sessions, workshops, and webinars to educate users on product features and best practices • Assess training needs and customize programs to meet the specific requirements of different audiences • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements as needed • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including software developers and customer support, to ensure training content is accurate and up-to-date • Provide ongoing support and guidance to users post-training • Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and best practices • Foster a positive and collaborative team environment • Travel on-site to visit clients during critical points in their journey with IntusCare for scheduled in-person trainings is required Requirements • Bachelors degree in Education, Training and Development, Healthcare Management, or a related field • Proven experience as a Training Consultant or similar role in the healthcare or technology industry • Ability to travel 50% of the time is required • Strong understanding of training methodologies and tools • Excellent organizational and time management skills • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment • Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems is a plus What We Offer • Competitive salary and benefits package • Opportunity to work with a passionate and innovative team • Professional development and growth opportunities • Flexible work environment Compensation: The salary range for this role is $95K–$105K. We expect the ideal candidate to fall near the midpoint of this range, though final compensation will be determined based on experience, skills, and organizational needs.
