Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Test Automation Engineer to support a federal modernization effort by implementing robust automated testing and DevSecOps practices. In this role, you’ll design and manage CI/CD-integrated testing pipelines to ensure software quality, performance, and security. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed testing into the development lifecycle and provide expert support to stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain automated testing pipelines using tools such as Subject7, JMeter, and Azure Load Testing. Implement and integrate performance, stress, functionality, DAST, and SAST testing procedures within CI/CD workflows. Build and manage testing pipelines using GitHub Actions or YAML-based configurations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed testing into the software delivery lifecycle. Provide expert-level support to users and stakeholders utilizing the testing pipelines. Continuously enhance testing strategies to improve reliability, scalability, and security. Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience). Must be eligible to obtain Public Trust clearance. Minimum 5 years of experience in test automation. Proven experience in test automation with a strong understanding of DevSecOps principles. Hands-on expertise with Subject7, JMeter, and Azure Load Testing. Proficiency in CI/CD pipeline development, especially using GitHub Actions or YAML. Solid understanding of DAST, SAST, and performance testing methodologies. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
