Technical Motion Designer
Job Description: • Animate short-form content for larger campaigns • Retime, reformat, and version existing assets for social media • Work closely with designers and directors to bring storyboards to life • Deliver work on time and according to schedule • Assist in larger animation projects as support for Senior Animators • Implement feedback from internal and external shareholders • Keep projects clean, organized, and easy to navigate Requirements: • Solid understanding of After Effects for motion graphics animation • At least 1 year of working experience within the motion graphics industry • Understanding of animation principles and strong sense of timing • Organized and detail-oriented artist • Ability to observe and replicate established animation styles • Willingness to receive feedback through curiosity and constructive criticism • Creative collaborator in a team environment • Positive attitude and strong work ethic • Legally eligible for work in the United States or Canada Benefits: • Structured success sharing (bonus) program • Health, Dental, Vision insurance • SIMPLE IRA (eligible for company-matching after 2 years of employment) • Vacation, personal and paid holidays • Really cool swag and the opportunity to be on our TikTok ;) Apply tot his job
