Technical Consultant – UKG Workforce Management (WFM)

Schedule: Between 9:00 am and 4:00 pm, Chicago, IL, USA Client time zone: US Central Time About the Role: We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Technical Consultant to join our growing team. In this role, you will be instrumental in supporting UKG WFM (formerly Kronos Workforce Management) implementations and ensuring the long-term success of our clients. You will work collaboratively with clients, consultants, and project managers to integrate systems, ensure data accuracy, and optimize workforce management workflows. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with clients to understand their specific business requirements and tailor UKG WFM solutions accordingly. Analyze existing client systems and data workflows to identify areas for improvement and integration opportunities. Configure and customize UKG WFM systems based on client needs. Develop and execute test plans to validate system functionality and data integrity. Provide training and support to clients for effective use of UKG WFM tools. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, working with UKG support when needed. Document technical processes, system configurations, and best practices for internal and client reference. Requirements Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience with UKG WFM solutions. Proven background in system configuration, integration, and data management. Strong grasp of workforce management concepts and industry best practices. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. Clear and effective verbal and written communication skills. Strong collaboration skills and ability to work independently or within a team. Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to quality deliverables. Preferred Skills Experience with UKG Pro or other HCM platforms. Proficiency in SQL or other scripting/reporting tools. Familiarity with Agile project methodologies . Strong documentation and client communication skills.
