Technical Business Analyst (Delivery Lead) - Remote in Iowa
Title: Technical Business Analyst – Remote in Iowa Location: Remote in Iowa Target Start Date: 4/21/25 Type: Contract-to-hire Pay: $50-65/hr Selling Point on Client: Job Description: • As a delivery lead at our client, you will work directly with our clients and developers to ensure the successful delivery of projects. You will be involved throughout the entire project process – from gathering requirements, to wireframing, agile execution, and quality control. You will work in a team-based environment where you will apply agile principles to iteratively and rapidly create products that the clients will love. Given the wide variety of delivery responsibilities, it is important that you are comfortable wearing many hats and don't have any fear of stepping outside of your comfort zone. You should be an expert in business analysis, wireframing, agile and/or quality control, with familiarity in the other disciplines. You must be dependable, possess strong communication skills, and take a pragmatic approach to problem-solving. Lastly, you should love what you do and strive to share that passion with others. Responsibilities: • Communicate directly with clients to understand their vision and identify their needs • Documenting and analyzing business requirements • Basic wireframing and process flow creation • Agile execution and ceremony management • Continuous quality control throughout project lifecycle • Manage budget, timeline and team velocity through agile process Required Skills: • Strong ability to identify and document business requirements • Experience with agile and software development lifecycle methodologies • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail • Working knowledge of quality assurance methods and tools • Ability to conceptualize business requirements in a visual medium Bonus Skills: • Experience creating high-fidelity designs with tools like Figma and Sketch • Familiarity with automated test practices and procedures • CBAP or equivalent certification • Past exposure and/or experience with software development Welcome to ConsultNet and the family of companies, Tekne, SaltClick, TechBridge, and OmniMedia.
