TAX PREPARER (Seasonal or Year-Round)

Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and knowledgeable Tax Preparer to join our team on a seasonal or year-round basis. This role is ideal for individuals with a strong background in accounting, tax preparation, and financial software, who are committed to providing exceptional service to clients. The Tax Preparer will assist clients in preparing and filing accurate tax returns, ensuring compliance with current tax laws, and offering valuable financial insights. Candidates with experience in public accounting, bookkeeping, and financial analysis will thrive in this position. Compensation This is a commission-based role. Preparers earn a 75/25 split (if Mentorship option) with potential bonuses depending on performance. Other options allow pay without split.
