We're currently hiring for exceptional Talent Researchers/Sourcers who are experienced with AI Engineering at the highest level. You will be working on complex, critical searches for our clients including Leadership. Requirements • Experience in fast paced, demanding executive recruiting environments, either onsite/internally for modern technology businesses and/or as part of a search firm • Familiar with an array of AI engineering and/or leadership roles • Comfortable both passively sourcing, approaching and screening discerning candidates • Broad passion for the technology industry, and up to date on current affairs in the industry • Exceptional, compelling communication skills (especially written) and emotional intelligence • Comfortable operating effectively in a remote environment • Conscientious, hardworking and driven Apply tot his job
