Systems Engineer – Cloud DevOps Tech Support (Oklahoma City, OK )

Overview: OAS is seeking a Systems Engineer to provide Cloud DevOps technical support for the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA). This role is ideal for candidates who are passionate about cloud technologies and eager to support mission-critical infrastructure in a dynamic federal environment. This job is located in Oklahoma City, OK with hybrid work flexibility. Key Responsibilities • Serve as the first line of technical support for FAA cloud environments, including AWS, Azure, and hybrid systems • Respond to, investigate, and resolve service desk tickets related to cloud services, networking, and DevOps tools • Troubleshoot user access issues, system connectivity problems, and application performance concerns • Escalate complex issues to senior engineers while maintaining clear documentation of actions taken • Provide day-to-day operational support including system monitoring, patching, and maintenance • Assist with account management, role-based access control (RBAC), and security compliance • Document troubleshooting procedures, lessons learned, and standard operating procedures • Support system upgrades, migrations, and deployments under the guidance of senior staff • Coordinate with FAA teams to ensure reliable and secure operation of cloud resources Education & Experience • Bachelor's degree in ANY field (HS diploma + 4 years of relevant experience in lieu of bachelor's degree) • Master's degree preferred but not required • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience required • Positional-related certifications focused on cloud infrastructure, DevOps, and IT are highly desired Clearance Required: Ability to obtain a Public Trust (non-SSBI) Citizenship Requirement: Must be a U.S. Citizen at the time of application Location: This position is located in Oklahoma City, OK.
