Job Summary Responsible for providing specific product and/or technical knowledge, advice and solutions to Sales Representatives and customers for new customer deployments, expansion projects and internal initiatives for ad-serving platforms that enable customers to stream, track and monetize their content online. Works as a collaborative member of the sales team to market and sell the Company's product lines. Provides insight to customers on current network situations and configuration design. Shares best practices across the company. Works with moderate guidance in own area of knowledge. Job Description Core Responsibilities • Experience with SQL Server is a plus • Experience with Zendesk is a plus • Experience with MS Office application is required • Performs needs analyses for the Company and its customers and develop and document strategic, cost-effective business and technical solutions. • Participates in the product release cycle through requirement gather, design vetting and user acceptance testing. • Supports Sales team with product modifications and engineering expertise for custom projects. • Architects solutions during presales process based on the ability to translate business requirements directly from customers. • Creates, reviews and executes product test plans and cases, documents test progress and reports results. • Articulates technical solutions during presales process. • Provides timely, technical support and problem resolution for field service questions. • Assists representatives and customers in evaluating and selecting products. • Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance. • Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary. • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned. Skills: Customer Experience (CX); Problem Solving; Troubleshooting; Collaborating Salary: Primary Location Pay Range: $85,627.46 - $128,441.19 Additional Range: This job can be performed in Illinois with a Pay Range of $72,422.28 - $124,152.48 Comcast intends to offer the selected candidate base pay within this range, dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors such as experience. Base pay is one part of the Total Rewards that Comcast provides to compensate and recognize employees for their work. Most sales positions are eligible for a Commission under the terms of an applicable plan, while most non-sales positions are eligible for a Bonus.
