Sr Project Management Analyst

This is NOT an Information Security (INFOSEC) role. This role is for business support for Physical Identity and Access Management. Job Description Summary: • To collect and analyze routing department projects, issues, and concerns. Essential Functions: • Develops alternatives to accomplish departmental planning objectives. • Provides project communication, documentation and coordination independently. • Assists in a specific portion of a larger or more complex project for department processes. • Perform other duties as assigned. Job Specific Responsibilities: • Identify manual process bottlenecks within Global Security Technology and implement targeted automation to improve operational efficiency and data accuracy. • Support change management and deliver training materials to help teams adopt new processes and tools, tracking adoption and outcomes. • Build strong relationships with customers, architects, and stakeholders to gather requirements, coordinate testing, and ensure successful deployments. • Assist with user acceptance testing and operational readiness for systems like Workday, ServiceNow, LenelS2, IBM photo capture, RightCrowd, and ENTRUST. • Translate business needs into practical technical requirements, applying awareness of IAM best practices and compliance standards to daily project work. • Contribute to project delivery across a multi-project portfolio, providing clear communication, documentation, and continuous improvement suggestions. Work/Domicile Location: • This position will be located in Collierville (Memphis), Tennessee. Relocation: • Relocation assistance may be available based upon business needs. Minimum Education: • Bachelor’s Degree/equivalent in business, finance, computer science or directly related discipline. Minimum Experience • Four (4) years exempt experience in project management, product development, systems design/development or business / financial planning and analysis. • Experience in developing, implementing, and maintaining systems. • Experience in use of project management/planning software. • Demonstrated analytical, organizational and planning skills. • Strong human relations, leadership, and communication skills. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: • Project management. • Excellent communication skills.
