Position: Senior Project Manager - Identity and Access Management (IAM) Location: Town of Woodbury Employer Industry: Consumer Finance Why consider this job opportunity: • Salary up to $85.00 hourly • Opportunity for career advancement and growth within the organization • Flexible remote work opportunity • Access to a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and 401K • Supportive and experienced recruiting team dedicated to your success • Chance to work on strategic initiatives that align with regulatory standards What to Expect (Job Responsibilities): • Lead end-to-end Identity and Access Management (IAM) project delivery, from planning through execution and closure • Oversee the implementation of IAM solutions including provisioning, authentication, authorization, and governance • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Security, Compliance, IT, and Business Units • Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and resources using Agile methodologies • Provide regular status updates to stakeholders and executive leadership What is Required (Qualifications): • 10+ years of project management experience, with at least 3 years in IAM or cybersecurity projects • Proven experience in the finance industry, with an understanding of regulatory frameworks (e.g., SOX, GLBA) • Strong knowledge of IAM technologies and frameworks (e.g., RBAC, SSO, MFA, PAM) • Expertise in Agile project management and hands‑on experience with Jira • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications): • PMP, CISM, or CISSP certification We prioritize candidate privacy and champion equal‑opportunity employment.
