About The Role The Senior Manager of Supply Chain Operations will play a pivotal role in scaling and optimizing WEKA’s global hardware supply chain. This leader will own operational execution across forecasting, S&OP, supplier performance, cost management, and post-sales support. Partnering closely with engineering, product, finance, sales, and our contract manufacturing ecosystem, this role ensures that WEKA delivers high-quality hardware solutions with predictability, efficiency, and customer-centricity. They will drive operational rigor into our NPI processes, improve visibility across the supply chain, and lead continuous-improvement initiatives that strengthen quality, reduce costs, and accelerate time-to-delivery. This role is critical to supporting WEKA’s growth trajectory by ensuring our supply chain infrastructure is scalable, reliable, and aligned with company objectives. Key Responsibilities • Partner and manage the relationships with key contract manufacturers and hardware suppliers. Focus on communication, quality and customer deliveries. • Participant in the NPI process across SW and HW. Manage requirements and drive requirements and timelines to ensure smooth releases. • Development and management of the forecasting process across the company. Management of a monthly/quarterly S&OP process to keep alignment across multiple teams internally and with suppliers. • Management of the post sales support processes with our hw partners to ensure customer satisfaction • Track and manage costs with our partners and drive cost reductions • Development of POC program to support sales opportunities • Focus on continuous improvement initiatives across our product partners • Partner across the company to help drive efficient quoting, order processing and customer deliveries. Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in business, operations, or a related field. • Extensive experience managing supply chain partner and suppliers • Experience with start-up’s - ability to work in unstructured environments and knows how to put in “just enough” processes. • Ability to work cross functionally with sales, finance, engineering and product teams. • Strong organizational skills, ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and communicate at all levels in the company How We Work: The WEKA Way • We are Accountable: We take full ownership, always–even when things don’t go as planned.
