Senior Business Analyst (AU IT Services & Consulting, WFH) Contract

Salary: P180,000 - P220,000 (Monthly Package) Schedule: Monday to Friday (06:00 AM to 03:00 PM PHT) What are we looking for? Skills Required: A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field. Proficiency in conducting and leading workshops for requirement gathering, utilizing tools such as Miro boards for collaborative work. Strong capabilities in documenting comprehensive business requirements, including functional and non-functional aspects, and mapping and improving processes (BPMN or Flow charts). Understanding of Enterprise Architecture and willingness to undergo training if no prior knowledge. Ability to effectively communicate with and manage stakeholders' expectations at various levels of the organization. Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data, understand business processes, and identify solutions to enhance efficiency. What will you do? This role is a 12-month term to work on diverse projects for our clients, mainly universities. Engaging stakeholders, facilitating workshops utilizing Miro boards, and meticulously documenting various aspects such as business requirements, process requirements, functional requirements, and non-functional requirements. Actively collaborate with cross-functional teams in order to gather and validate requirements, ensuring the successful delivery of projects.
