We're seeking a senior 3D artist who doesn't just execute but innovates, strategizes, and elevates our clients' brand presence through exceptional virtual environments. Your expertise will directly shape how major automotive brands position themselves in the digital landscape. What You'll Create & Lead • Strategic Showroom Experiences: Design and execute completely bespoke virtual environments that align with our most strategic clients' brand vision and market positioning • Creative Excellence: Challenge existing approaches and propose innovative alternatives that enhance brand image and showcase CarCutter's expertise as the industry leader • Day-to-Day Operations: Oversee creation of immersive showrooms, seamless logo/brand integration, sophisticated overlays and ghost effects • Brand Storytelling: Craft custom environments that authentically communicate each automotive brand's unique identity and values What You Bring to the Team • 5+ years of advanced Blender mastery with Cycles rendering expertise • Arch-viz experience with deep understanding of vehicle presentation and brand aesthetics • Expert-level skills in 3D modeling, texturing, lighting, and photorealistic rendering • Strategic mindset capable of understanding complex client visions and translating them into compelling visual experiences • Creative leadership with ability to challenge briefs and propose enhanced solutions • Technical excellence in UV unwrapping, procedural texturing, and PBR materials • Adobe Creative Suite proficiency and comprehensive post-production skills • Exceptional communication skills in English for potential direct client interaction as well as day to day work with colleagues located in our different offices (France, Austria, USA, Spain, and India). • Arch-Viz Portfolio demonstrating strategic creative thinking • Nice to have: • Working knowledge of Linux based systems. • Familiarity with cloud rendering pipelines (AWS/GCP) • Experience with Python scripting in Blender for automation and pipeline efficiency is a plus.
