About the position Responsibilities • Collaborate with AI developers to design and implement fitness training programs that utilize artificial intelligence. • Conduct research on current fitness trends, methodologies, and best practices to inform program development. • Provide insights on anatomy, physiology, and program design to ensure the accuracy and effectiveness of AI-generated training plans. • Assist in creating educational content for users, including instructional videos and written materials. • Evaluate user feedback and performance data to continuously improve AI training modules. • Engage with fitness professionals to gather insights on practical applications of AI in personal training and group fitness settings. Requirements • Proven experience in personal training or group fitness instruction is essential. • Strong knowledge of anatomy and physiology as it relates to exercise science. • Familiarity with gym environments, health clubs, or sports coaching is highly desirable. • Experience in program design tailored to various fitness levels and goals. • Previous sales experience in the fitness industry is a plus but not required. • A background in physical education can enhance understanding of effective teaching methods within fitness contexts.
