Salesforce Administrator

Position Overview We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Administrator to support, enhance, and expand our Salesforce platform across Advantage Behavioral Health and its portfolio of companies. The ideal candidate will have strong Salesforce administration skills, experience with Health Cloud, and a solid understanding of automation and user experience design. This role will collaborate with stakeholders across departments to optimize workflows, maintain data integrity, and drive adoption of Salesforce solutions. Key Responsibilities • Serve as the primary administrator for the Salesforce platform, including Health Cloud. • Manage user accounts, profiles, roles, permissions, and security settings. • Design, build, test, and deploy declarative automation using Salesforce Flow. • Create and maintain page layouts, Lightning record pages, list views, reports, and dashboards. • Maintain data quality and integrity through imports, deduplication, and validation rules. • Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and manage releases and upgrades. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Salesforce with other systems (e.g., Marketing Cloud, Zapier, Jira, Gearset). • Support and train end-users to drive adoption and best practices. • Document system configurations, processes, and changes. • Partner with developers as needed to support Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and API-driven solutions. Qualifications Required: • 2+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator (or equivalent CRM admin role). • Strong knowledge of Salesforce core administration: user management, security, reports/dashboards, and data management. • Hands-on experience with Salesforce Flow and Lightning App Builder. • Familiarity with Salesforce Lightning Design principles and user experience best practices. • Strong communication and collaboration skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Preferred: • Experience with Salesforce Health Cloud. • Exposure to Marketing Cloud, Zapier, Jira, and Gearset. • Development knowledge of Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce APIs. • Salesforce certifications (e.g., Administrator, Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder, Health Cloud Accredited Professional).
