Job Summary We're looking for a seasoned Sales Director - Components to lead our sales efforts and drive business growth. As a Sales Director, you will be responsible for developing new production programs, identifying and qualifying new opportunities, and closing deals that align with our strategic plans and profitability goals. You will also maintain a deep understanding of our customers' businesses, develop business proposals, and negotiate supply agreements. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute plans to achieve assigned sales goals and objectives, supporting the overall Confluent Medical business strategy Identify, qualify, and develop proposals for new production opportunities that align with our strategic plans and core capabilities Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and front-line purchasing personnel Conduct financial and analytical analyses to understand the financial impact of proposals and project business cases Represent Confluent Medical Technologies at industry conferences and trade shows Develop and maintain comprehensive clinical and technical knowledge of our products and services Understand customer needs and opportunities without being directly asked or requested by the customer Effectively manage a sales call, including opening, probing, supporting, closing, and resolving concerns Plan and implement effective sales/product presentations that showcase our capabilities Essential Qualifications Education A Bachelor's Degree is required, with a technical degree preferred. Experience 5+ years of CDMO sales/sales management experience with medical devices Direct prior experience and relationships within the assigned customer accounts Demonstrated success in previous sales roles, indicating a high level of sales performance Skills and Competencies Fluent English communication skills, written and oral Ability to work independently to schedule and perform personal activities that achieve assigned goals Highly accountable for personal performance to effect sales goal achievement Computer proficiency Ability to travel 50% of the time What We Offer As a Sales Director - Components at Confluent Medical Technologies, you can expect: A competitive salary ranging from $105,000 to $175,000 per year A dynamic and supportive work environment that encourages growth and development Opportunities for career advancement and professional growth A comprehensive benefits package, including [insert benefits] The flexibility to work remotely and achieve a better work-life balance Why Join Us?
