[Remote] Web3 / DAO Treasury Manager

They are seeking a Web3 / DAO Treasury Manager to lead treasury strategy and on-chain financial operations across Web3 initiatives, focusing on capital allocation, risk management, and liquidity planning. Responsibilities • Define and execute treasury strategy across native tokens, stablecoins, and diversified digital assets • Manage Web3 and DAO treasuries with a focus on capital preservation, liquidity management, and sustainable yield • Deploy treasury assets into approved DeFi or on-chain yield strategies while enforcing strict protocol and smart-contract risk controls • Establish treasury policies covering diversification, liquidity thresholds, exposure limits, and runway targets • Oversee multisig wallets, access controls, signing workflows, and operational security • Prepare treasury reporting, forecasts, and execution proposals for governance and internal stakeholders • Collaborate with compliance, infrastructure, and product teams to align treasury operations with TREZORA’s institutional-grade framework Skills • Proven experience managing Web3, DAO, or tokenized treasuries with direct responsibility for on-chain assets • Strong understanding of DeFi protocols, token economics, liquidity mechanisms, and treasury risk management • Experience working with multisig wallets, DAO tooling, and treasury management platforms • Demonstrated ability to assess protocol, smart-contract, governance, and liquidity risk • Strong financial planning, budgeting, and runway management skills in crypto-native environments • Ability to operate independently with high accountability within governance-driven structures • Clear communication skills for presenting treasury strategy to technical and non-technical stakeholders • Experience working with fintech, institutional crypto platforms, or Web3-native organizations • This is a remote role; however, candidates must be U.S. citizens and authorized to work in the United States.
