[Remote] Training and Communications Specialist (Clinical Research IT)

Insight Global is seeking a Training and Communications Specialist for Dana-Farber Cancer Institute, who will play a key role in organizing and modernizing supporting documentation for clinical research. The role involves curating and maintaining user guides and training materials across various platforms, ensuring clarity and consistency in a complex academic medical environment. Responsibilities • Organizing, modernizing, and harmonizing supporting documentation for clinical research. • Curation, standardization, and maintenance of user guides, policies, FAQs, system instructions, and SOPs. • Cross-collaborating with multiple HR departments and Learning Management systems. Skills • 3+ years of experience in documentation management, knowledge management, or training development in healthcare, research, or academic environments. • Strong understanding of clinical research operations, systems, and terminology (clinical trials experience highly preferred). • Proficiency with SharePoint, Confluence, or similar knowledge management platforms. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Experience organizing and presenting data in a clear, modern format. • Strong collaboration skills and ability to work with multiple stakeholders. • Background in research IT or healthcare IT environments. • Familiarity with instructional design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, PowerPoint). Education Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in communications, Information Management, Clinical Research, or related field preferred.
