[Remote] Revenue Operations Analyst

The Revenue Operations Analyst will play a critical role in supporting the Sales team by preparing quotes and proposals, serving as a liaison between teams, and conducting sales research. Responsibilities Prepare quotes, financial analyses and proposals Serve as the liaison between the Sales and Underwriting teams during the quoting process Coordinate provider and pharmacy searches with network and pharmacy benefit management (PBM) partners Utilize Salesforce to enter, analyze and report on quoting data Collect all necessary materials for review during the quoting and renewal process Ensure all necessary materials required during the quoting and renewal process are up-to-date and stored correctly in shared company folders Assist with sales research and requests Demonstrate commitment to our core competencies of being authentic, curious, creative, empathetic and outcome oriented Skills Bachelor's degree or related experience Proficiency in Excel including pivot tables, macros, functions, vlookups, etc A high degree of organization, accuracy and detail-orientation A resourceful, driven and resilient attitude Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines Strong internal customer-service skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Previous experience at a high growth company Previous experience quoting or underwriting at a health insurance carrier or agency Benefits Alternative medicine coverage Flexible PTO Up to 16 weeks paid parental leave Paid holidays A 401k program Cell phone reimbursement Transportation perks Education reimbursement 1 week of paid paw-ternity leave Company Overview Gravie is an insurance company that designs health benefits plans for small and midsize employers.
