[Remote] Residential, Commercial & Business Lending - Loan Advisor

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. NEXA Lending LLC is a full-service mortgage broker seeking dynamic and results-driven individuals for the role of Loan Advisor. The primary responsibility includes originating or referring applications for residential mortgages, commercial real estate, and business financing while maintaining strong client relationships and ensuring compliance with lending regulations. Responsibilities • Evaluate and process loan applications for residential, commercial and business clients • Analyze creditworthiness, income documentation, collateral, and risk profiles • Develop and maintain strong relationships with borrowers, real estate agents, brokers and other referral sources • Guide clients through the loan process, ensuring a clear understanding of loan terms, products and responsibilities • Work with processors selected by you from our partner processors • Stay up to date with market trends, lending regulations and compliance requirements • Manage and maintain a pipeline of active loans from application to closing • Ensure timely and accurate documentation in accordance with company policies and regulatory standards • Identify opportunities for cross-selling financial products and services • Participate in community outreach and networking events to expand client base and increase brand visibility Skills • Bachelor's degree in finance, Business Administration, or related field, preferred not required • Minimum [2–5] years of experience in residential, commercial and/or business lending • Strong knowledge of lending practices, financial analysis, and loan documentation • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and sales skills • Proficient in loan origination software and CRM systems • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team • NMLS license (or ability to obtain, if required).
