About the Role We're looking for a highly skilled and motivated customer support professional to provide top-notch service to our global participants in executive development programs. As a virtual-based contractor, you'll be the primary point of contact for our clients, addressing their questions and needs related to their learning experience on our online platform. Your exceptional communication skills, technical know-how, and passion for customer satisfaction will make you a champion of our clients' happiness and success. Key Responsibilities Provide enthusiastic and effective support to clients via email, chat, phone, and web-based tools, resolving technical and non-technical issues in a timely manner. Troubleshoot problems and identify solutions for a global set of users with diverse environments and scenarios. Escalate complex issues to internal team members, ensuring prompt resolution and minimizing downtime. Demonstrate a strong understanding of our programs, learning content, and technical products, with a willingness to continuously learn and improve. Monitor live online video conferencing events and provide immediate assistance to participants, ensuring a seamless experience. Continuously strive to improve the quality of our support and service, both internally and externally. Essential Qualifications 1-3 years of experience in a SaaS company or product/technology division, with a strong background in customer support. Poise and professionalism to respond to high-level executives from around the world, with executive support experience a significant plus. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to adapt to a wide range of participants and situations. Familiarity with Salesforce (or other CRM), website backend/administrative interfaces (e.g., Wordpress/Rails Admin), cloud-based tools, and exposure to help desk software. Outstanding task management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications Fluency in languages other than English, with Spanish, French, or Japanese a significant plus. Familiarity with video conferencing technology and related desktop support.
