[Remote] Network Administrator/Help Desk Specialist

DecisionPoint Corporation is seeking an experienced Network Administrator/Help Desk Specialist to join our team supporting the Personnel Enterprise Decision Support System (PEDSS) contract. The role involves maintaining network connectivity, troubleshooting issues, and serving as the first point of contact for help desk users. Responsibilities • Maintain connectivity between PAM client systems, servers, and mainframe access. • Coordinate secure communications between contractor and Government systems. • Monitor network performance and enforce security policies. • Perform other duties as assigned to support team goals and project requirements. • Serve as the first point of contact for PAM help desk users. • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and access issues. • Escalate complex issues to Tier 2 or engineering support teams. • Perform other duties as assigned to support team goals and project requirements. • Work with SSO to keep EMASS updated. • Work with SSO and customer to maintain ATO status. Skills • Active Secret clearance • Bachelor’s or Associate degree; 2+ years in network/system admin roles. • Additional 1–2 years in IT help desk or user support environment. • Experience with eMASS (Enterprise Mission Assurance Support Service) is required. • Experience with Army secure networks (NIPRnet/SIPRnet) Company Overview • DecisionPoint Corporation, a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB), is an innovation thought leader in the Defense and Federal communities.
