[Remote] Inside Sales Representative, Payroll Solutions

As an Inside Sales Representative, you will manage the full sales cycle while fostering relationships with service professionals to enhance their experience with the platform. Responsibilities • Use a consultative selling style centered around understanding Pros' specific challenges and objectives • Drive the complete sales cycle, from booking to closure • Collaborate with the team to drive new service attachments, increasing usage as a percentage of Pros' Gross Merchandise Volume (GMV), and boosting Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR) per managed account • Build trust and deeper connections with Pros by empathizing with their pain points and positioning the platform as a long-term solution • Maintain daily activity metrics, balancing calls and attended demos • Stay informed on product and technology developments to provide updated, relevant advice to customers • Track customer engagement and satisfaction, addressing any concerns or challenges promptly to ensure continued success • Serve as a mentor and role model to junior team members, sharing best practices and insights Skills • 2-3+ years of experience in a full-time sales role • Experience with Payroll and Accounting • CRM experience (i.e., Salesforce, HubSpot) • Proven ability to develop strong relationships with customers and act as a trusted consultant • Experience in managing the entire sales cycle, including closing deals and ongoing account management • Experience using AI tools to increase quality and efficiency of work • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred • Established credibility with service professionals, preferably within industries like HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpet cleaning, or maid services • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, self-starting attitude • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment • Capacity to understand and address customer needs effectively and efficiently Benefits • Medical, dental, vision, life, disability, and 401(k) • Paid holidays and flexible, take-it-as-you-need-it paid time off • Monthly tech reimbursements • Health care insurance (medical, dental, vision, disability) • Employee assistance program • Flexible time off • Paid parental leave • Tech reimbursement • Other company benefits Company Overview • Housecall Pro is a developer of a mobile software platform used to connect back-end business operations and homeowners.
