[Remote] Enterprise Account Executive- New York

The Enterprise Account Executive will qualify sales opportunities, educate customers, manage multiple accounts, and close sales with a $1M quota, focusing on building relationships and demonstrating the value of Aisera's solutions. Responsibilities • Qualify new sales opportunities through Outbound and inbound lead follow-up for enterprises with 5,000-10,000 seats • Educate customers on the value of Aisera in a consultative way • Manage multiple customers simultaneously at various stages of the Aisera buying cycle • Prospect cold leads to generate interest and new contacts to fill your funnel • Research accounts, identify key players and build relationships • Demonstrate our innovative AI Service Management solution and align value to customers pain points • Close sales with a $1M quota • Maintain and expand your list of assigned prospects Skills • Proven success in closing deal sizes of $150k or more and a consistent track record of hitting quarterly and yearly goals • Competitive team player who wants to be the MVP and help the entire team succeed • An Avid learner of Technology who can learn the basics quickly and apply them to business situations • Proven ability to build positive relationships and influence. Strong communications and interpersonal skills; ability to be personable yet persistent • Experience selling CRM SaaS a plus • 3-10yrs of experience in Enterprise Account management and sales • Effective in dealing with C-suite of mid market to enterprise organizations • Experience with generating pipeline by cold calling and prospecting • Understanding of sales process and move accounts through sales stages effectively • Positive attitude and willingness to roll up sleeves and dig deep to achieve goals • Proven track-record creating highly targeted campaigns and messaging • Demonstrated ability to negotiate high-value deals with a C-level audience and positively influence the outcome • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Problem-solving passion and service orientation • Show independence and flexibility in dealing with change management • Ability to execute on programs and projects with minimal resources • Composed, poised and professional demeanor in all situations • Strong problem-solving and service orientation Benefits • Medical, dental, and vision benefits • Holidays and flexible PTO • Paid family leave • 401(k) plan • Stock Options • Employment Assistance Program Company Overview • Aisera’s Agentic AI platform automates enterprise service management operations across the enterprise.
