Responsibilities • Lead the identification and translation of client digital needs across core business areas. • Stay educated on emerging technologies and trends. • Present reports on the organization’s technology status, goals, and progress. • Create and oversee the implementation of technology solutions & strategies. • Align technology resources with organizational goals. • Serve on the executive committee to coordinate technology objectives with departmental goals. • Identify technologies that can enhance products and services. Requirements • Proven ability to drive teams in complex solution development. • Expertise in building business cases and proposal artifacts. • Strong collaboration skills within a matrix organizational structure. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Strong organizational and time-management abilities. • Multitasking proficiency. • Experience managing large budgets effectively. • Knowledge of technological advances that could benefit the company. • Understanding of all functions within IT. • Familiarity with best information security practices. • Demonstrated leadership skills. • Ability to meet critical deadlines. • Cultural fit and alignment with organizational values. • Demonstrated leadership capability with a team-oriented approach. • Minimum 6 years’ experience in the govcon/IT market. • Advanced degree preferred.
