[Remote] College Recruiting Advisor & Mentor (All Sports)

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. College Prospector is building a nationwide team of recently former college athletes who want to take on a coaching, mentorship, and advising role in their sport. In this role, you will connect with high school athletes and families, provide ongoing recruiting guidance, and have the opportunity to build your own mentorship and advising business. Responsibilities • Connect directly with high school athletes and families for structured, one-on-one conversations. • Provide in-depth, ongoing recruiting guidance for families who want full support. • Share access to our research platform and earn commission. Skills • Recently graduated college athlete • Desire to mentor the next generation of athletes • Capability to provide in-depth, ongoing recruiting guidance for families • Willingness to engage in software sales and share access to a research platform • Ability to build and grow a mentorship and advising business • Flexibility to work part-time or full-time • Strong understanding of the college recruiting journey Education Requirements • Ability to provide structured, one-on-one conversations with high school athletes and families Benefits • Hands-on training to help you transition from athlete to advisor/mentor. • Technology platform that gives athletes and families a research-based starting point and gives you built-in leads. • Flexibility to run this as your main career or as an additional income stream alongside other work. • Full autonomy to grow your advising business, while still having the structure and support of a national platform.
