[Remote] Analyst, Media Research

Latitude is a forward-thinking research firm seeking a Research Analyst to support the execution of quantitative market research studies. The role focuses on online survey research operations, including survey fielding, programming, data cleaning, and vendor coordination. Responsibilities • Manage the end-to-end execution of online surveys, including timelines, quotas, and fieldwork monitoring • Work hands-on with survey programming platforms (e.g., Qualtrics, Decipher, or similar), including testing logic, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring data integrity • Oversee data cleaning, manipulation, and validation, delivering analysis-ready datasets • Coordinate with sample and field vendors, including sending field updates, monitoring performance, and diagnosing issues during data collection • Maintain and update benchmarks, norms, and internal datasets used across studies • Support multiple concurrent projects with a strong focus on accuracy, process, and execution quality • Collaborate internally with research and insights teams to ensure data outputs align with study design and objectives Skills • 2+ years of experience in quantitative market research, with demonstrated exposure to online survey research • Proficiency with SPSS, R, or comparable data management/analysis tools • Hands-on experience with data management, including cleaning, manipulation, and quality checks • Familiarity with survey fielding workflows, including quota management • Experience working with research vendors (sample providers, field partners, or programming vendors) • Strong attention to detail and comfort working behind the scenes to support high-quality research delivery • Ability to independently manage multiple projects simultaneously in a deadline-driven environment • Experience supporting studies in media, entertainment, advertising, or technology • Interest in deepening technical expertise in survey operations, data quality, and research infrastructure Benefits • Generous parental leave • Abundant vacation time • Top-notch health and dental insurance • 401k • And more Company Overview • Latitude is an international research consultancy working with the world's foremost media and technology companies.
