[Remote] Account Receivable/Billing Analyst [80224]

They are looking to hire an Account Receivable/Billing Analyst in the Client's Global Billing Department, responsible for managing inquiries, analyzing reports, and resolving billing issues. This role is remote and requires experience in the Digital Advertising Space. Responsibilities • Manage the Team Ticketing Queue (a digital waiting line for support requests, used to organize, prioritize, and assign Tickets to ensure a smooth workflow), ensuring timely and effective resolution of inquiries. • Analyze and address variances in Reports, including Custom Billing, Business Impact Analysis Reports, Invoice Status, and Deferred Revenue Reports. • Execute Third Party Billing with adherence to Service Level Agreements. • Troubleshoot and resolve billing issues promptly.
