MUST BE A US CITIZEN IDEALLY WITH FEDERAL CLIENT EXPERIENCE YOUR FUTURE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Develop and optimize interactive dashboards and advanced data analytics solutions using Qlik Sense, QlikView, and Tableau, ensuring clarity, speed, and usability. Design data models and ETL pipelines, optimizing performance for large-scale data environments. Apply best practices in data visualization, ensuring dashboards effectively communicate insights to technical and non-technical stakeholders. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and develop data-driven solutions that enhance decision-making. Implement governance, security, and performance tuning strategies to maximize the efficiency of BI platforms. Support ad-hoc analytics requests and troubleshoot data-related issues. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE Clearance: Must be a U.S. Citizen and be able to obtain a U.S. Federal government client badge and be required to pass a government background investigation. Bachelor’s degree in technology, business, mathematics, computer science, information systems, or other related discipline from an accredited U.S. institution AND 5+ years consulting or IT experience. 5+ years of hands-on experience with Qlik (Sense/QlikView) and Tableau development in complex data environments. Strong proficiency in SQL and experience working with databases such as PostgreSQL, SQL Server, or Oracle. Expertise in data modeling, ETL processes, scripting, and performance optimization. Familiarity with cloud-based BI solutions (AWS, Azure) is a plus. Experience applying advanced analytics techniques to enhance BI dashboards. Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex data in a clear and compelling way. Ability to be on-site two to three days a week. NICE TO HAVES Experience working in a Federal environment, preferably DHS. Existing and active DHS EOD/clearance. A problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
