Platform-Agnostic Martech Consultant Needed to Evaluate Marketing Automation & CRM Stack

We are a B2B healthcare organization that markets primarily to brokers, benefit consultants, and referral partners rather than directly to businesses or consumers. We are seeking an independent, platform-agnostic marketing technology (MarTech) consultant to evaluate our current CRM and marketing automation stack and provide an objective recommendation for the best platform to support our broker-focused go-to-market model. This is a short-term advisory engagement focused on strategy and evaluation only, not implementation or vendor sales. Scope of Work: The consultant will evaluate our data model, contact volume, attribution, scalability, and operational complexity. They will compare platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, HubSpot, Marketo, and other relevant tools. They will identify cost, complexity, reporting, and scalability tradeoffs and provide a clear, defensible recommendation aligned to a broker-led growth model. Deliverables: The engagement will result in a current-state MarTech assessment, a platform comparison scorecard focused on broker and partner marketing fit, a written recommendation with clear rationale, and high-level migration or optimization considerations if applicable. Required Experience: The ideal consultant has at least eight years of experience in marketing technology, RevOps, or marketing operations. They have direct experience supporting broker, partner, or channel-driven B2B marketing models and hands-on experience with multiple platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, and Marketo. They have evaluated or supported platform migrations in the past and are able to remain vendor-neutral, with no reseller or partner bias. Experience in healthcare or regulated industries is a plus. Important Notes: This is an advisory role only. We are not seeking resellers, implementation agencies, or vendor-affiliated consultants.
