About the Role As a Part Time Customer Success Specialist at Microsoft, you will play a critical role in ensuring our customers achieve their goals through the effective use of our cloud solutions. You will work closely with our customers, understanding their needs, and providing technical expertise to resolve issues and improve their overall experience. This is a part-time, remote opportunity, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere. Key Responsibilities Apply primary technical knowledge to meet business and IT requirements, resolving identified technical limitations and providing solutions to customers. Act as the voice of the customer, identifying and sharing feedback on technical capabilities, gaps, and insights that impact the customer and internal teams. Request input from others to contribute to proposals for practical solutions based on specific technical products, demonstrating fundamental technical concepts and design solutions capability. Support research projects and contribute to monitoring studies for customers to assess potential IP needs or process changes. Participate in external designer community events, sharing learnings with the internal team and staying up-to-date with industry trends. Engage in discussions around architecture design, strength reviews, and technical improvement, ensuring that customer applications are well-architected and delivering business value. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you must: Be currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or a related field. Have at least one additional quarter/semester of school remaining after the completion of the internship. Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following skills and experiences will give you a competitive edge: A passion for technology and a customer-focused mindset. Demonstrated partner and relationship management skills across senior leaders, partners, and customers. Excellent verbal and written communication, analytical, and presentation skills. Technical certification in Cloud (e.g., Azure). Change Management Certification (e.g., Prosci).
