Paralegal // Contract Manager SaaS HealthCare

PracticeSuite is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Paralegal to support our legal operations with a primary focus on contract management and maintenance of the company’s contract repository system. This role will play a key part in ensuring contracts are accurately prepared, tracked, stored, and accessible while supporting compliance and operational efficiency across the organization. The ideal candidate has strong contract administration experience, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Contract Management • Assist in drafting, reviewing, and managing a wide range of contracts, including customer agreements, vendor agreements, NDAs, MSAs, SOWs, and amendments. • Coordinate contract execution, renewals, expirations, and amendments. • Track contract milestones, key terms, obligations, and renewal dates. • Contract Repository & Documentation • Maintain and manage the company’s contract repository system to ensure accuracy, version control, and accessibility. • Ensure all executed contracts and legal documents are properly indexed, stored, and archived. • Implement and enforce document management standards and best practices. • Legal Operations & Compliance Support • Support internal stakeholders by responding to contract-related inquiries and providing contract documentation as needed. • Assist with compliance-related documentation, audits, and internal reviews. • Ensure contracts follow company policies and approved templates. Cross-Functional Collaboration • Work closely with Sales, Finance, Procurement, HR, and Operations teams to support contract workflows. • Serve as a point of contact for contract-related processes and documentation. • Process Improvement • Identify opportunities to improve contract management processes and repository efficiency. • Assist with implementation and maintenance of contract lifecycle management (CLM) tools, if applicable. Qualifications & Experience • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Paralegal Studies, Legal Studies, or a related field. • 3+ years of experience in a paralegal or contract administration role. • Experience managing contract repositories and document management systems. • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and document management tools. • Paralegal certification. • Experience in SaaS, healthcare technology, or corporate legal environments. • Familiarity with CLM tools (e.g., Ironclad, DocuSign CLM, ContractWorks).
