Overnight Data Entry & Customer Service

We are currently seeking one individual for Data Entry and Customer Service. The position will be at night. As a team member, you will be performing various jobs such as order entry, invoicing, answering customer phone calls, and email response. Must be able to work in a fast paced environment to ensure our delivery trucks leave on time each morning. Entry Level Skills and Qualifications: · Strong outgoing personality with superior communication skills and great work ethic. · Data entry and strong organizational skills. · Effective listening and analytical skills, as well as the ability to summarize information and offer solutions. · Familiarity with computers and Microsoft Office Suite. · You should be professional, positive and possess a high degree of self-motivation and have the ability to work independently on your job. · Excellent time management and administrative skills with a keen attention to detail. · Familiarity with Microsoft Business Central. (Not Required but a Plus). · Must be able to lift minimum 40lbs. · Bilingual/Spanish (Not Required but a Plus). · Knowledge of Meat and the restaurant industry is a plus. · Must have reliable transportation and be punctual. This is for a Night Time position. You will be working Sunday Night – Friday Night (6 Days a week) We are hiring for 1 shift. 10pm to 7am (you may be asked to stay longer if its busy).
