Troubleshoot technical problems, including streaming or connectivity issues. Provide guidance on using Netflix features and services. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions. Requirements: Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to work independently and stay organized in a remote environment. Proficient in basic computer and troubleshooting skills. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed. A quiet, distraction-free workspace and reliable internet connection.
