In this role, you'll manage the loan registration process, ensure accuracy in loan data, and support account executives by streamlining workflows. Key Responsibilities: • Accurately register loan files in the system and ensure all required documentation is complete and in compliance with company policies. • Work closely with account executives and other team members to collect necessary loan information and verify loan data before registration. • Maintain and update loan information in the system, ensuring that all entries are correct and timely. • Monitor and resolve any discrepancies in the loan registration process. • Communicate with internal departments (e.g., underwriting, processing, compliance) to ensure a smooth transition through the loan pipeline. • Track loan statuses and update account executives on the progress of registered loans. • Provide general administrative support for the loan registration process as needed. • Ensure that all loan registration procedures comply with regulatory requirements and company guidelines. • Assist in training and supporting other team members on the loan registration process. Qualifications: • High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred). • 2+ years of experience in the mortgage industry, with a focus on loan registration, loan processing, or operations. • Strong knowledge of mortgage loan processes, regulations, and industry standards. • Proficient in mortgage loan software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook). • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills. • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle discrepancies effectively. • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload.
