Ensure compliance with statutes, master settlement agreements, and case management orders. Develop and oversee coordination programs to support resolution of complex claims. Manage document distribution, claims administration, and sensitive case files. Liaise with external vendors, law firms, and service providers for claim review and approval. Maintain detailed reporting on settlement projects and ensure accuracy in claimant records. Provide claimant support with professionalism and empathy; resolve inquiries effectively. Onboard and mentor new team members, delegating tasks while maintaining accountability. Communicate client needs internally and ensure timely execution of project directives. Identify operational challenges and propose practical, strategic solutions. Experience You Will Need J.D. with an active license to practice law in New York (NY) or Texas (TX) . Member in good standing with the state bar (certificate required). Minimum 5 years of legal experience , preferably in litigation, settlements, or claims administration. Strong leadership and supervision background, especially in managing high-volume case files. Ability to handle cross-functional coordination and large-scale legal projects.
